I just wanted to update this for anyone else looking for experiences

Due to my Dd being breech for a while I didn't start taking these until 36 weeks. I took two a day until I got to 39 weeks then some days two some days three depending if I remembered. In the end my labour was just over 3h in total with just under 2 of those hours in established labour and pushing. I can't say how long I was pushing for but it didn't feel like long

My midwife said that as professionals they're not allowed to comment but she told me if I was to take them I shouldn't take them until 37 weeks as they can bring on labour xx
