Rash Help

I've just fed Angel. She had sweet potato and butternut squash, followed by a petit filous yogurt.
As usual she has got it all over her face. I used a baby wipe to wash it off. But now she has a massive red mark across one cheek. It's like a patch that almost covers one side of her face.
She's had these foods before and been wiped with the same baby wipes, but never had this before.

What do you think this could be? The food or the wipes?

It took about 3 hours to disappear. I'm just bothered i'm feeding her something that isn't agreeing her.
My nephew has the same thing with tomato sauce.
It looked so sore. It was almost purple.
