Raisins

Hi girls...

When is it ok to give raisins to your little one? Naomi's had a couple of boxes recently at snack time and she's ok with them as long as I stay with her.

HOWEVER ermmm....when I opened her nappy this morning I got a little surprise! It was studded with whole raisins! The whole thing looked like a rather sinister bowl of cereal. Does the fact that they are going right through her mean that they are bad for her?

Sorry for graphic post, it's just I didn't know whether to laugh or be worried!

Don't think I'll ever be worry free again!

I'd like to know too because Mel has raisin poo too but the little boxes keep him amused for ages while I do the washing up next to him!

hannah loves them she also loves the yougurt covered ones, she eats loads of them

They'll be fine even if they do go straight through. They will help prevent constipation etc. Some will get chewed up I'm sure, the skins go straight through but some of the insides will get digested

Thanks guys it just gave me a bit of a turn - like the first time she had banana and her nappy was full of these little black strands. We have a cat and I was SURE she'd got worms!
