morning, not sure if this is in the right place or not but im due some cashback from them quite a bit it says paid on the 1st oct but its not in my bank account?
is this normal this is the first time ive had cashback from them.
how long does it normaly take from it showing paid to being in your bank?

I think it is like a normal refund on to your card so it actually takes like 3-4days to clear.
