Is it possible that i was pregnant but then when i tested today im not? No bleeding or anything

Was too scared to test. But had sore breasts, constant need to pee, very tired for about 10 days

Now 7 days and had all signs of early pregnancy for about 10 days but nowhere near as much today

I had preg symptoms past 2 cycles but I knew I wasn't preg as itested ,its impossible to say without a possitive test I'm affraid could just be that ur body is giving u wat u want but have no idea why ur late tho x
