question on medicine. please help?

i really need advice..

my daughter is very ill she has had a horrid chesty cough for ages so iv been giving her cough medicine
also she has a temperature and after her fall the other day she has a bruise on her head and no dout had head ach so been giving her calpol
i went to docs yesterday and was given some antibiotix for her rash
all medicine say 5ml every 4hrs so iv been giving her

antibiotix and calpol
her cough is back so now she needs cough medicine

am i over dosing her giving her all 3 at once

that 15ml of medicine every hr??????????????

what about buttercup syrup for the cough, its quite mild and I give it and calpol. Not sure about the antibiotics as well though, sorry. Maybe the best one to drop would be the calpol.

hey they just phoned back its ok to mix her medicine they checked through what i was giving her made sure none of them were dangerous together
