When you're really tempted to eat something bad what do you do to stop yourself? :think:
 
i thik omg if i do go over my points and i might put on at weight watchers that wuld be the most embarrasing thing ever
 
Put a picture of yourself looking your best on the fridge door. I have a photo of myself at eight stone on my honeymoon in a bikini. It stops me eating. Definatly. I will get that bikini on one day. :cheer: ... just need to sort the stretch marks out :(
 
Just say to yourself
' A moment on the lips, lifetime on the hips'

I always remind myself of the guilt I will feel afterwards, that usually stops me!
 
1) I make a plan of healthy meals and snacks so there are things to grab if I get hungry. If I have empty cupboards and let myself get famished then that's when I'm in danger of eating badly so I keep stocked up
2) I sometimes chew gum when my mouth gets a bit bored and wants something
3) I make sure I exercise well, I couldn't lose weight on diet alone - so make sure you go on a bike ride/jog/swimming/fitness DVD.
4) Allow yourself a few treats! As long as u stick to 1-3 u can accomodate treats now and then.
 
I think of my OHs ex and how better looking she is than me :( I think God I cant get even bigger becasue OH will start to find her more attractive. Sad eh, but it does the trick lol
 
When I was dieting I used to either brush my teeth or have a mint! I couldn't bear to spoil the taste of lovely food with minty taste! :lol:
 
I read a quote recently I think it was by steve tyler (aerosmith) :think:

'Nothing tastes as great as being thin feels'

Makes sense, but doesn't stop me grabbing that piece of cheese! :lol:
 
I really struggle with this one. :) On days where I have large amounts of salad and manage to eat it, it's better. But I crave nice food a lot! :lol: :x
 
you could eat some of the fibre tablets from hol. and barrett, or have ryvita etc with the water, that'd b even more deceiving that you are full :)

That will only work if your not actually hungry...If your tummy rumbles and then you drink a pint a water give it 10 mins & the rumbles have gone, then your not actually hungry but if that doesnt make them go then you will need to eat something
 
i just think 'if i eat this im going to have to do another 30mins at the gym'
