Put a picture of yourself looking your best on the fridge door. I have a photo of myself at eight stone on my honeymoon in a bikini. It stops me eating. Definatly. I will get that bikini on one day. ... just need to sort the stretch marks out
1) I make a plan of healthy meals and snacks so there are things to grab if I get hungry. If I have empty cupboards and let myself get famished then that's when I'm in danger of eating badly so I keep stocked up
2) I sometimes chew gum when my mouth gets a bit bored and wants something
3) I make sure I exercise well, I couldn't lose weight on diet alone - so make sure you go on a bike ride/jog/swimming/fitness DVD.
4) Allow yourself a few treats! As long as u stick to 1-3 u can accomodate treats now and then.
I think of my OHs ex and how better looking she is than me I think God I cant get even bigger becasue OH will start to find her more attractive. Sad eh, but it does the trick lol
That will only work if your not actually hungry...If your tummy rumbles and then you drink a pint a water give it 10 mins & the rumbles have gone, then your not actually hungry but if that doesnt make them go then you will need to eat something
