altho i dont call myself a veggie, i eat a pretty much vegetarian diet. apart from gelatine in sweets and my omega fish oil capsules, no meat or fish products- i havent eaten it since i was 14, so i dont kno how to cook it. but i want melissa to get enough protein etc so i give her meat, but im not confident about cooking it so i buy pre-cooked chicken slices etc. well in iceland today i saw "turkey" and "turkey ham". whats the difference?
