recording bd ????
ive read somewhere that if you bd after midnight you should record it for the following day???
as we have a 13 year old lad in the house who rarely sleeps before 11 its usually gone midnight when we manage to bd so ive always recorded it for following day am i doing right? what does everyone else do? xxx

Not sure but I'd been meaning to ask you how you'd been managing to do it twice a day for the last six days! God you must be superwoman!

I think I'd be inclined to put it in for the night before if was prior to, say, 2am but then I'm never really up past that time so haven't had to work that one out yet as such!

Doesn't the 'X' mean you've done it twice a day? I thought it gave an 'AM' for morning shenanigans, and a 'PM' for night-time nookie, but an 'X' for going at it twice a day??!

If we bd after midnight i always put it in for the next day (the day that it is when it turns midnight)

How do I record intercourse that takes place in the night?


There are a few options for recording intercourse data. You can use any one of them, as long as you are consistent.

You can go by a 24 hour clock and record any intercourse that occurs before midnight for the previous day and any later intercourse for the following day.

You can record any intercourse that occurs once you are in bed for the night for the following day. This method is the most natural since you don't have to go back to the previous day's data when entering information in the morning. It is often more accurate as well since the intercourse data is more relevant to the following morning's temperature than the previous one.

You can use the AM/PM options on the data entry page to indicate when intercourse took place.
