Question about bottles/beakers/cups...

Louis is still drinking milk from his bottles but I wonder when you start weaning do you still give milk in a bottle and use beakers/cups only for other drinks during meals or do you also give the milk in a beaker/cup? It may sound a silly question but I'm confused about it and can't find the answer anywhere

PS: Maybe I wasn't very clear in my question... when I say bottle I mean bottle with a teat.

I started off by giving charlie water with his meals from a cup and letting him have his bottles as normal.

Now he is a bit more confident with the cup he uses it for milk but has a bottle at bedtime.

Evie has milk in her bottle but always has her juice or water out of her sippy cup.

She'll fall asleep on a bottle but she sort of plays with a cup!
