Question about bleeding

I'll warn you all first this post may have tmi!

I'm on CD 16 (ignore ticker, af was early!), af due a week tuesday. I usually bleed one time very lightly around ovulation but I've been bleeding quite a lot during and after bding and on a couple of days out of the blue for no reason. Had to wear a pad. Never in my life had this. Anyone had this? What could it be?! Going to see doc on Tuesday for some blood tests so will mention then but in the mean time would appreciate your ideas.

I had this a couple of months ago around CD10 and my doc said it looked like I had a slight inflammation. He gave me antibiotics and I've been fine since. The antibiotics gave me a bad case of thrush though.
