Pulsating pain in back of head

.... Yesterday morning I was coughing / about to be sick and suddenly got a shooting pain in the back of my head which was throbbing and really sore.

It still hasn't gone away! It's aching and then if I hold my head in most positions it really throbs.

Anyone else had this? I'm generally not a hypochondriac and have taken paracetamol (didn't want to but the aching is making me feel sicker)

What would you do? Do you think it's just a strain? Xx

I never had this so couldn't say. Def take medicine though there's no point in you suffering more than you need to.

Oh I get that sometimes, normally when I exercise,
Could be from straining?! It normally goes away for me after a while and I've relaxed etc.
