Pulsating in tum - not hiccups

Last night if you watched my tum in a certain place it was pulsating as though it my heartbeat, it was too fast for babys but steady and as quick as my own heartbeat. Its defo not hiccups as was totally different, just wondered if anyone knew what this is or experienced it themselves?

Ive read on internet that its something to do with baby lying on a vein, cant seem to find much else tho

I used to have a weird vibrating thingy in my tum when I was pg. When Isaac was born we noticed he shuddered and kind of vibrated when he had a wee so I think thats what it might have been!
