Pulsating Feeling

Hi, im writing this on behalf of my sister who doesnt have internet access!!

This is my first post, so i apologise if this question has been asked previously.

My sister is 33 weeks pregnant with her 2nd child.
For the last few days she said shes been getting a pulsating feeling across the widest part of her bump, as if its hers or the babys pulse??

Can any explain what this could be? She didn't have this happen whilst pregnant with her 1st, so she is panicking a little.

hi, her midwife is just saying to keep an eye on it.
Sis says if it hasnt stopped in another day or two, shes going to go back!!

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced it

Since my bump started growing I noticed that it pulsates.
When I'm listening to the baby's heart with my Doppler I can also hear what I assume is my pulse and my bump always pulsates in time with the pulse so that could be what your sister is seeing. I'm definitely not worried about it at all, not in the slightest little bit. I hope this is some reassurance.

I've had this a lot with my little one too. I think it's when he has the hiccups. It usually lasts about 5 minutes or so and is more often happening at night.

If she's worried about it she should ask at her MW checkup.

i have had that once or twice and i timed it against my own and it was in time so i assume it was my own
