Yay!

Well done!

Advice please?! having trouble with this...

Can't really offer any advice hun, i've always just rocked him in my arms but recently he's wanted to settle himself at night time and will thrash around and fight me if i try to rock him. Naps he always liked to be rocked but I always lay him in his cot with his lullabys on for 10mins to see if he'll self settle. Usually he starts whinging to be cuddled but today it all went quiet so I snuck in and the pic is what I found! It may well be a one off for a while but we'll see. My threory was and is that he'll do EVERYTHING when he's good and ready :) x

well good for you guys!

Savannah fidgets when i try to get her to sleep at night but shes definately tired because shes rubbing her eyes. Maybe its me stopping her from self settling and she wants to and i just dont realise :S

Gorgeous boy btw!

xx

I didn't realise he wanted to self settle at night until he started scratching my neck and grabbing at my throat, I just thought 'sod it unless you cry i'm leaving you too it rather than getting beaten up' and he curled up and went to sleep.

Try lying your little one in bed for a few mins to see what she does x
