Not something we discuss in polite conversation girls LOL but an important topic if you want to prevent tearing during labour - here are two links

Only one I would be careful with is the evening primrose oil but as she says perhaps after 37 weeks it is fine

I am the laziest creature imaginable when it comes to physical exercise, but let me tell you, I have been doing those pelvic floor exercises religiously. I care about my lady parts a great deal, I wouldn't want them obliterated by the end of this!

I have heard that you shouldnt do anything to prepare it too early, why is this?
