Does anyone else get annoyed when they do property shows revisited and the couple said they want to start a family and then when they go back a year later, lo and behold they have a baby! Or if its 4 or 5 years later they have 2 kids! As if all you have to do is want it and it happens!

Or is it just me?!

I find it abit of too.. Too fairytale for me! X

Same here blueflower. It's like we are moving at the weekend and I can't wait to become pregnant but after 2 yrs of trying that deffo ain't going to be the case

Ha! Yes I know what you mean.

There's a new village that has been created near to me - will have its own schools, town center etc and there's over 1000 houses being built. We went for a drive round it and some of the families were moving in and I kid you not, it was like a scene from a movie where all the ladies were pregnant or had babies!

Then there's me who's just built a house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for children yet not even a sniff of a bfp. I wonder what the statistics are for people falling pregnant straight away as it can take some ladies who don't have fertility issues quite a while too?

Yeah! I was watching Locationx3 last night and the couple were saying they wanted to start a family and Phil even said to the bloke's mother "could you see yourself coming here to look after your grandchild?" and I felt like shouting "but you might not get one!" but DH would say that I was bitter! Then when they went back of course there was a gorgeous baby, as expected! But I suppose they might contact some couples to ask how things are in the new house and their plans might not have worked out, but they'd only show the success stories.

And I was full of expectation when we first started trying and might have taken it for granted had it happened straight away. It took a long time to come to terms with the fact that it wasn't happening.
