Elodie
I love the name however, when I say it the "O" is not really emphasized so it sounds like Elidie, which after lots of online searching I've realised that that spelling does not exist.
I know 1 person called Elodie and when everyone says her name it's said with an "I" rather than the "O" but it's still quite uncommon and I'm worried people will empathise the "O"
my husband is saying not to worry as when people say Melody no one emphasizes the "O" which makes sense but I'm not sure if that's a northern thing
any opinions?
