Prezzie for a 4 year old girl?

I'm really stuck with what to buy my neice for her birthday
I'm kinda out of touch with these things as I have a 6 month old boy!
Any ideas?

my eldest is 4, will be 5 next march but shes into really girlie stuff like princesses, hello kitty and unicorns. She does also like octonauts from cbeebies as well.

Usually can't go wrong with Disney princess stuff. But my bff's little girl was very into dinosaurs at that age so it's hard to be definite!

I always avoid the pink princess crap that my friend's LO normally has - I go for animal based stuff like Sylvanian Families... or have bought lego or moshi monsters in the past too.

Disney always goes down well - but I always go for Mickey/Minnie or Pixar or something as opposed to bleedin' Disney Princess, which makes me puke. Sorry.

Thanks guys after trawling shops I have bought a furby. I know it's recommended for 6 year olds but she is quite grown up and can play with it with her mum. Bit pricey but I had some tesco vouchers and I'm sure she will love it.
