Hi all thought i'd be festive and cheer up the WTT boards  Although im going to enjoy christmas and relax drink and eat to my hearts content, as of January first I will be off my pill and although I will be using condoms im going to get my body in tip top shape for baby oven,

Ok so first things first
1. pregnacare conception with folic acid :)
2. Big Caffine cutdown. I have issues with pepsi max
3. Exercise - This will help with birth (?) and im in the worst shape ever with the worst flexibilty ever, I Cant even touch my toes and this is the no.1 cause of stress on the body
4. Eat Fresh - Not as many pot noodles and processed crap gonna try make fresh soups, cassaroles etc
5. Detox from my best friend - Rose wine.

These are my main things does this sound ok? Its not just for TTc but also for myself. Would anyone recommend anything else

Ps - I love pate and its going to pain me not to have it from now on dam u liver. haha :slap:

Thanks :thanks:

Good for you!

I plan on shifting some weight before I start trying. I want to be in as good a shape as possible.

xx

Good luck princess!!! Im also going to take omega3 and spend less time on the comptuer. Im also going to try and live a simpler life - stop trying to do this do that xx

Im abit confused about omega 3 because pregnicare have it in the same box but when i asked in boots for the omega 3 seperate, she read the back of the 300mg box and it said dont take when ttc or pregnant yet the ones in pregnicare are 600mg, the pharmacist told me to stay clear of it, so im now ????? x x

hmmmm thats really confusing the books I read - Getting ready to be pregnant' and planning a baby by sarah brewer say you need it for brain and eye development?!? Im just going to eat fish once a week and take omega 3 once a week? surely if pregnacare give it??? holland and barrat use it? xx

Think im going to stay clear and make sure that i eat fish once a week, i dont want to give myself something else to worry about or blame if anything happens again (touch wood it doesnt) x x

Yeh defo hun just get your natural food in dont think you can go wrong there. Good idea. What do you think about the pregnacare?? Ill take the pregnacare conception no prob but what about the one when you are pregnant. At the end of the day its not natural??? but then again neither is folic acid xxxx
