I have the natal hypnotherapy cds, I have listened to it twice now. I am starting reflexology on Wednesday. I will use Perineum oil. Ive been to two of my parentclass classes not quite sure whether we will do breathing exercises.

tbh i didnt do anything with either kurt or beth and probably wont this time round neither  never even had a birth plan

Where did you get the natal hypnotherapy cds from? Are they any good?

I've just been doing yoga really, I want to practice some yoga moves for labour.

I'm not going to do a birth plan either. I'm going to be open minded and take things as they come. I suppose the only plan would be to try and stay as active as possible but that depends on what pain relief I need.

thats the only thing i have ever insisted on  and with both of my other 2 only ever had gas and air 2 hours before i had my son i went for a walk round the hospital  tbh this time round i will probably stick to gas and air as well i dont deal with pain very well but then at the same time i personally think that if i did it with the other 2 then i can do it with this one but then at the same time i spose il have to wait n see what happens

I think the Natal Hynotherapy CD's are good, time will only tell when Im in labour though, type in Natal Hynotherapy in your search engine and the address will come up. They recommend you start listening to them 8 weeks before bubs is due or asap. I ordered mine and received them the next day.

Thanks Eveadel, I'll have a look at that. The only ones I've seen have been a bit pricey, I'll spent a fortune as it is.

Bubble dreamer, that's impressive giving birth with just gas and air - I wish. I'm sure things will go the same way for you this time around too.
