Have just bought this on ebay and arrived today. It's taken me a while to adjust it so Jack is looking comfortable, but think it will probably do my shoulder in after ten minutes walking about. Anyone else got this product and any tips? xx

i had one, and i found alice was only ever happy in it when she was asleep. I wouldn't say it was a bad purchase, but i wish i had got something like a wrap instead.

It never really felt like it spread the weight - i spent ages moving it up and down my shoulders.

I had one and loved it, Freya stayed in it for hours, Make sure the bit with the label on it is right up on your shoulder and the side with the label is against you (Does that make sense???) Play around with it, but I have to say, I used it until she was four months old and it didnt ache my shoulder, after that I needed to have her in a wrap and bought a moby - which I also loved :) Good luck with it

I've only heard bad things about them to be honest :(

Here is a link to help you with positioning :

but it may be very hard to do in a premaxx from what I have heard.

Good luck!

It seems to do everything that says it shouldn't :(

Jack is a big baby though - He was weighed yesterday - 13lb 11oz @ 6 weeks 1 day!!

I wil have another fiddle round before we go to the zoo tomorrow, but if no luck, I shall shop around again.

Green Bean was big too and I only once got him in it comfortable. Works well when converted to a hip seat though.

Yep, I get shoulder ache and back ache from my premaxx sling. I have trouble getting her in it as she like to spread out when asleep.
