Pregnancy Massage??

Hi Girls,

I'm in absolute need of a massage but wouldnt know were to go for one, is there certain places i can go? would ask OH but hes rubbish at them and makes it worse!! lol

I'm in the liverpool area if anyone knows of any local places? xx

Hi hun, I do massage and just wanted to say that a therapist would class that being pregnant in first tri so under 12 weeks as a contraindication and shouldnt carry on with the massage, this is only because of the importance of the first tri, once you pass 12 weeks you can go ahead, there are massages out there just for preg women too! If you have a doctors note saying its ok to go ahead before 12 weeks then the therapist will be covered to massage you!

Oh excellent, thank you hun, its just my shoulders are soooo sore n tight from constantly sleeping on my side (cant sleep on my front as my cat likes to sleep on my belly n he cant now!)
