I've got a packet of pre cooked diced chicken that i bought from ASDA, i was just wondering if i could use this in one of Jess's meals.
I've been wondering this for a while can i give her some diced ham etc too or is she still a bit young. She's fine with mashed up mince , lamb , beef etc.
Thanks

I'm not entirely sure. I have given ryan some processed sheets of chicken before, like sandwich sheets not chunks, but OH told me off and said they have a lot of added crap in them including salt... so I don't know :?

I would say no, as when we were pregnant, we were told to avoid pre-cooked meats in case of food poisoning.

Thanks for your replies, i'm going to be cautious and not use it just going to stick with fresh meat.

i have always used pre cooked meat for Hannah she has had chicken and ham and little pieces of chicken as finger food

I wouldn't personally - due to added salt and water (and no doubt other cr*p) and also chicken will be battery, not free range.
