Pram/Pushchair help

[Emmerdale]

I have a Mamas and papas Pilko pramette and was just wondering if anyone knows at what age they can use the pushchair part instead of the pram?

Can't find anything on the instructions or the webiste so thought one of you ladies might be able to help me!

it is usuall from when they can sit up suported hunny,and suport head well
you know so they don't lol about

Because it lies flat they can use the pushchair part from birth too.
