hey girlies,
i was wondering if anyone has ever used these before?

they meant to be great and very easy at toning up??? i was wondering if anyone had used them after pregnancy to get back in to shape and how effective it was????
 
I went to the gym religiously before pregnancy, the power plate was a new piece of kit the gym had then (had to pay extra to use it or could use it 'free' as part of personal training sessions). I had about 6 sessions on it before getting preg and stopping using it and have to say I think it was great, you basically do the same exercises you would on the floor but the vibrations make your muscles work so much harder so it's like doing 20 squats when you only done 1 type thing.....highly recommend :dance:
 
Do you have a spare £3500 though? :rotfl: :rotfl: As if you would pay that, unless your a celeb that is.........are you a secret celeb lurker?
 
haha, oh god I WISH!!!!! i was thinking more about the one thats at the gym in the town i live, hehe!

mind you its kind'a out on show in the public eye... i cant imagen what it would look like.... lots of fat ripple rippeling away everywhere!!!!! hehe
 
I go to David Lloyd 3 nights a week doing weights and cardio. I would say stick to the old fashioned excersise it has worked for me. I eat 6 small meals a day for example:
Breakfast: Porridge
Snack: a few nuts and an apple
Dinner: tuna jacket potato
Snack: rice cakes
Tea: chicken and veg
snack: homemade protein bar

I am back down to my pre pregnancy weight now. I have had a go on the power plate but i don't personally like it because it feels like my whole internal organs are going to vibrate out lol! :rotfl:

Eating healthy makes a huge difference and i wished i realised it earlier. I have so much more energy x x
