So, my oldest is nearly 3 and on Sunday night finally decided he was ready for the potty. He has done brilliantly, doing both wees and poos on the potty. But the only way I've been able to get him to do this is to let him run around naked all day! If I put pants on him he will always have am accident.
Has anyone else found this while potty training? Does anyone have any advice? I didn't want to stick him in a nappy every time we go out as I fear it will give him mixed messages, but he doesn't even attempt to hold it when he has pants on. Whereas when he is naked he will tell me he needs to go or he will just plonk himself on the potty and go.
