Potty Training

It feels as though he is holding it in because he pees in his pants but not in the potty? I don't know. As you say this is a true pain in the arse!

Semi success on the PT front! He now stays reasonably dry and will pee and poop in the potty - yay! He won't let me know though and will dance around a bit. But we've now got to the point where he'll wee and then go play. He was sitting on his potty for HOURS at one point. Progress. Yay!

my daughter was a nightmare but a week or so after she turned 3 she was like a differnt girl dont think she was ready before give it time x

We are 6-7 weeks in and still not anywhere near where I would like but we're getting there.

Oh my goodness! He has come on leaps since we started on Tuesday, I'm so proud. Aside from the odd dribble here and there (which is fine) he's more or less dry. Most times we have to ask if he needs a wee as he dances around, but he is starting to tell us now.

Considering we've gone from him shouting 'I want my nappy on' and just holding it in to him willingly using the potty with no shouts or cries and not wetting his pants. So happy. So glad we carried on through the hard days! He's 3 on Thursday and he's more or less there! Yayyyyyyy. In fact he just said 'I love potty training!'.... (Probably for the minstrel rewards mind!).

Ta. Very happy, though he does seem to see A LOT! I think he still needs to learn to hold it in? He's not so bad when out and about?

Yeah they eill wee a lot at first and got hrough a dry spell then maybe have another few accidents when they are testing the length of time they can hold it. x

Thanks. We're so so pleased. He has been dry all day today and even told me he needed the potty once and another time just went and did it of his own accord. He went to preschool without a nappy for the first time and wet through two sets of clothes He's just used to weeing his nappy there so I guess it's just something else he'll have to adjust to?

He was dry throughout his preschool session today. So ruddy pleased!!!
