Hello all,

I know there's been a few of these threads recently- just a quick question really. I'm not 'training' my daughter (2.5) as such, as letting her go nappy-less, and use the toilet or potty without pressure. However, she seems to be holding her wee. For example, she has.not worn a nappy since 8.30 this morning, and has had no wees or poos. She's sat on the potty or toilet quite happily, 5 times, but nothing has happened (she has successfully done both before now).

Is it possible she's deliberately holding it?? I wouldn't have thought she was capable of that at this stage, but when I put the pull up on her for her nap in a minute, I can almost guarantee a huge wee!

Anyone in the same boat?

Xxx

Hi, no experience here I'm afraid but you may get more response in the Baby & Toddler section of this Forum?

I potty trained my daughter when she was 2 and 2 months. She also held her wee for hours to begin with! Just showed me how ready she was!!! We were done and dusted within 3 days, just used lots of bribes!! X
