Post your daily food intake!!

I thought it might be fun if we post our daily diet and see how everyone differs :)

So far for me:
2 slices of toast with butter
Ham salad baguette
Special K bar
Packet of Starbursts

Can you tell im extremley bored in work atm? :lol:
 
Oh and also 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of coffee and some water!
 
Glass of fresh orange juice
some grapes
Bowl of Fruit & Fibre
Bowl of homemade veg soup and piece of wholemeal bread
an apple
2 litres of water
 
I've eaten

1 Piece of Bread
Small Bowl of soup
a few sweets

Now I'm worrying I'm not eating enough! *Runs off to find some fruit*
 
Oh dear. I am particularly ravenous today, but here goes...

1 glass of mixed fruit juice
2 boiled eggs
2 slices of toast with unsalted lurpak butter
2 cops of tea
Packet of dried mango slices (40g)
2 Food Doctor Multi seeded pitta breads
stuffed with...
1 thinly sliced fennel bulb,90g feta cheese, 12 cherry tomatoes all mixed with fresh lemon joie, black pepper and olive oil,
2 chocolate chip cookies.

It's a miracle I've had time to do anything else other than eat..
 
1 cup of tea and a cereal bar so far, would have had more but sickness has come back today :(

1 cup of decaf coffee,
bowl of shreddies

before going out mid-morning:
pint of juice
row of dairy milk :oops: :oops:

lunch:
tuna mayo baguette from asda
ready salted crisps,
tea cake
bottle of oasis

teatime (around 4.30)
havin bacon butties :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: with chips :oops:
usualy pint of juice,
strawberries for pudding

mid evening:
pint of juice,
having dairy milk twin pot yogs with fudge pieces tonight :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

That's what i was going to say!! Look at you lot of healthy ladies!! Now I want boiled eggs....!!!

I've had so far..

two slices of toast with marmite on
2 jaffa cakes
3 jam tarts (had a craving for them yesterday whilst shopping :wink: ....)
1 slice of bread and butter with 1 slice of ham for my lunch
another slice of ham that my little boy decided he didn't want.

3 cups of coffee and a couple of glasses of squash

Will be having chicken in honey and mustard sauce for tea with either pasta or rice...

That'll probably be about it, doesn't sound too healthy does it :roll: !!
 
Breakfast - 1 Cup of tea
2 Ryvita muesli crackers with cheese spread & turkey
slice

Lunch - 1 garlic and onion bagel (yummy) with turkey slice
1 small pot of strawberry mullerlite
1 cup of tea

Probably will have an apple in half an hour or so...
 
OMG how healthy,

I've had 4 cups of tea
1 bowl of cheerios
4 hot cross buns
1 chicken roma baguette
Gonna have a packet of crisps now and some hot chocolate :D
 
Bowl of blueberry wheats (cereal)
Cheese sandwich
Leek & potato soup (which I am eating now).

Have'nt a clue what to do for teatime.
 
My diet is terrible compared to you lot :oops:

Breakfast:
Bowl of frosties
2 small slices toast
1 cup of tea

Mid morn snack:
Mint aero :oops:

Lunch:
Sausage sandwich

For tea (what we will be having)
Chicken pie, roast potatoes and roast veg

Tonight infront of tv:
Probably some chocolate and glass of coke :oops:
 
I got up at half 3 :roll: :oops:

Some cornflakes (cold milk, lots of sugar!)
4 chocolate fingers

Having spaghetti bolognase for tea :cheer:
 
Here's mine.. and bear in mind that I'm supposed to be in Tri 3.. lol;

Morning;
A slice of toast
Cup of tea
Cereal bar

Lunchtime;
A couple of biscuits
Cup of tea
Ham or cheese sandwich

I'll snack on grapes or melon until dinnertime..

Dinner;
Slightly bigger portion than before pregnancy,
Glass of water

Ice-cream afterwards

Evening;
A handful of M&Ms and a couple of crackers with cheese on
 
Yum Yum this thread is making me hungry...ok since ive got home from work (about an hour :oops: ) Ive had:

Some Lasagne
Muller Light Yoghurt
Crumpet drenched in butter

today ive had
1 bowl of crunchy nut with green milk
5 little oranges

1 cup of tea with a smal packet of bourbons

just about to have homemade chilli and chips for dinner
got strudel and custard for pudding

tonights snacks will be more oranges or kiwi's
