Smily faces are awesome in fact that whole dinner is awesome, I haven't had fish cakes in ages..

Here's what I made at my cooking course last night - Mozzarella and Tomato Pasta Bake. It's very nice actually though I prehaps put a few too many chillis in it, but it's still nice. It's colourful pasta by the way, that's why it looks a bit odd! I made 2 of those trays full and we've only got through 3/4 of one! Can you freeze pasta?

next week is either... salmon on croute, beef wellington, or pork and apple pastry thingys.

I had spare ribs that I marinated in a yummy sweet barbecue sauce and seasonned with herbs and garlic, with fried potatoes!

it was yummy and sorry i was too hungry to take a picture of it!

leckershell - you can freeze pasta but it has to be defrosted thoroughly and warmed to piping hot, Id add a drop of water when warming it up too or it can go very hard and dry!
