post natal girdle.....

Has anyone used one of these? My friend had to wear a girdle after the birth of her 4th because her tummy muscles were ruined, and she said it was fantastic for getting her timmy down. Im definitely gonna have to get one!! The only place ive managed to find one it ebay so far. I wasnt exactly Kate Moss to begin with, so i could do without the saggy belly afterwards iof i can help it, haha.

I wear a waist cincher girdle anyway sometimes so I can remember what it was like to have a waist!

Think im definitely gonna invest. The one my friend had was from the hospotal physio to get her tummy muscles back together, but i'll try anything to get my belly back

will do! Ive told hubby to get me one for xmas, so i have it all ready when sproggo comes out. Im sure i'll end up looking JUST like that model.....lol

i got a waist clincher (like big knickers that finish under your bust) from marks n spencers after i had jacob. I had a c section so my muscles where a bit battered... it helped loads and i swear it helped get my stomach back flattish...
