poorly wrist!

i've had a bit of a dodgy wrist for a while now, but then a couple of months back, i pushed the pram up a kerb whilst it was fully loaded with a weeks shopping and caught it funny cos it was heavier than i expected! it hurt so bad i had to get FOB round to sort the kids out cos i couldnt lift them! it got better, but has always felt like it needed to click!

over the last couple of days i've done something to it and it now really hurts! didnt help i was throwing balls round with my dad earlier! but now, its so sore the pain's going right up my arm and down my hand right thru my fingers feels so sore and kinda pins and needlesy!

any ideas what it could be?! and what should i do about it? dont think it warrants A&E, but would the doctors be able to do owt?

Pins and needles could be a trapped nerve? That might also explain the pain? I'd go docs anyway the worst they can do is say we can't do anything and they might be able to help. Hope you're ok x x

thanks hun, think i will pop to the docs in the week! gona get a bath and soak it i think! god i could keep the doctor busy all day with everything thats wrong with me at the moment!

It seems better this morning thank god! Hope it stays that way! Not holding out too much hope tho!
