i have never sufferd with thia ever before, but i think i might have it now..

im really moody
snapping at everyone
very very tired even tho Coby is sleeping through now
headaches
dizzy
im talking to epople but thinking horrible things about them in my head lol

is this PMT? how long does it normaly last for?

is it possible to just suddenly get it if you dont normaly suffer from it?

Tell me about it - I got SERIOUS PMT before this period started. I had the right hump on and Mark was having to stear well clear of me! I'm not normally too bad (or I wasn't before Damo anyway), just maybe a little different. I guess it's all the hormones trying to balance out again after having a baby? Up one minute and down the next still.

Great bloody laugh being woman isn't it!

Sorry both, hate to tell you this, but this is another one of wonderful ways that your body can change!!!!!!

I used to have the easiest time of it. Every 28 days, on for 5 days, no pains, cramps, mood swings or anything. Until I had my daughter! Then I was a bitch for 2 weeks, and bleeding for the other 2 weeks!! The pill I was on before made me even worse, I switched to the injection but put on 3 stone in water, so eventually had the coil fitted. It stopped my periods within 3 months and also stopped the mood swings!!

I hope things will even out for you both, but if not, I would highly recommend the Mirena coil.

Hi ya, I've had the Mirena and I am hoping it will stop my period. I know it takes a while for it to settle but I've been bleeding for about 2 months now since I had it fitted! Bloody thing! My period cramps have been awful. Normally I have 3 days of a period now it's like 3 weeks and a week off and then I'm on again! but spotting for the week off! I'm sure it will settle but yeah my PMT is worse. Maybe after the next baby it will get better again. Not planning on one yet though LOL. I had the Gynaefix coil twice before and I was better with that to be honest! xxxxxxxxx
