Can anybody help?

I've sent a couple of pm's. Instead of showing up in my Sent Box, they're showing up in my Outbox. Why?
When I submitted it first, it DID say ... your message has been sent. So why isn't it showing up in my sentbox?

Confused.... sorry
Just not sure if these messages are actually sent or not.
Am I making sense of not?

they don't show as 'sent' until they have been read by the recipient, until then they stay in your outbox. hth xx

They stay in the outbox until the receiver opens them.
