Plug/show/sweep

Hey ladies
I am 41 weeks tomorrow (and very fed up) hehe had a sweep yesterday and today i lost a small amount of mucus plug

Can I have you opinions on when you lost yours? And how long after you went into labour and whether or not I have lost enough as there wasn't a lot on tissue when I wiped?

I have had back ache today but have also had for a few days so I'm not building my hopes up

Really don't want to be induced

I didn't lose mine until fifteen minutes before baby arrived! Have you tried walking? I went for a brisk walk on Monday and my contractions started 4am Tuesday. I didn't think they were real thing as had had a couple of false starts! Got to hospital at 4 and had baby just after 7. I'm convinced it was the walk that started things off x

Im 35 plus 3 today and 2 days ago i lost mine. Im in pain also with period cramps and back ache. I hope this is the start of something for u

Hey hey

Tried walking bouncing on ball sex curries all sorts..
He is obviously too comfy..
Had another sweep yesterday and been losing LOADS of plug since 3am this morning
Back ache has subsided and just feel a bit like the start of period like cramps..
Got my 3rd sweep booked tomorrow so I am praying either I go into labour before this or that this sweep works otherwise I'm booked in to be induced on thurSday

Just praying now the huge loss of plug will bring things on... Praying!!!!

Well I have been losing it for the last 5 days and I am still not having anything

Aw no sorry you're over due! I didn't lose anything with my last son, just started with bad cramps. Waters never broke either! Wih my second son I had contractions for days just too irregular I was sent home 3 times. .! No experience on the mucus plug. I did have sweeps though. They helped get things going. Good luck x

I was losing mine for about ten days, had two sweeps and still nothing - this was my fourth baby and I still ended up having to have my waters broken. I hope something happens soon - it's so boring at the end isn't it xx

Last time I had a sweep lost what I thought was good bit plug next morning and throughout the day then waters went that evening but when was n the bath I got more like a bloody ting to it that time

Fingers crossed things get a move on for you. I had 3 sweeps with my son and sadly none worked and I went on to be induced. I never even saw any plug loss.

Hiya I started to loose my plug last Tuesday when I was 36+2 lost more on the Thursday. Waters broke Friday morning and she arrived finally on Sunday morning at exactly 37 weeks so was quick when I lost my plug.

Don't necessarily look out for losing your plug, I went for an afternoon nap and woke up to my waters breaking. I finally went into labour 8 hours later. It's different for everyone Good Luck x
