im ok, apart from waking every 2 hours at night for toilet + heartburn

Ive got a weird craving for milk past 3 weeks, drinking nearly 4 pints a day

I dont take paracetamol as they dont help a common headache so i wont even bother with them generally, its funny you say that i have been the same i think i had nearly 4 pints yesterday too We bought 8 pints today

I'm good thankyou! Just trying to sort out my last few Christmas presents and then my birthday is January 1st and I'm having a party for that, trying to compose a list of stuff I'll need to buy between boxing day and the 31st!
Probably should have planned it earlier but Christmas has crept up so quickly this year!

i bought 10 pints last tuesday, then another 8 on thursday and another 8 pints yesturday and i shall get some more tuesday again

Im loving milk, got feed up with going down stairs in night every 2 hours thou so went out bought a mini fridge last tuesday for bedroom to store my milk in its great lol

lol we are nearly done now i think, infact im sure we are, thank god imnot really feeling christmassy this year, only doing it all for Hope.

Ahhh hope must be at a lovely age for christmas x I cant wait for next christmas with baby as he be nice age to then i hope. feels weird thou my last christmas where its just me + oh next year it all be about santa and baby from then on

tbh i dont think she understands much atm shes only 2, she knows who santa is and stuff but she doesnt know when he comes and stuff, you get me.

hope you got some sleep in the end - i woke at 4am with horrid period pain again after a lovely 5 hours sleep and restless legs so decided to stay up as i feel wide awake now

I got an hours slepp, broken at that, not because of my back though as thats conciderably better now but i just cant seem to drop ioff and im soooo pissed off, my head is killing me big time

I used to find this before I got pregnant and used to always have to take ibuprofen to have any effect... so never bothered with paracetamol before.

But... last few days I've had this cold/flu thing and not been able to sleep because of sore hips... so took some paracetamol and it helped me sleep tons! Slept for 5 hours, woke up....took another two then slept for another 5hours.... maybe its a psychological thing! lol!

might be worth a shot though if you are really struggling to sleep at night with the pain

oo im gonna try some then, as i am major struggling atm, managede to get another hour and a half in this morningas Gal was up at 9.30 and has just took hope to town so i can get some rest, we both feel ill today, i think its a bug

I think something is going round. I haven't been feeling that well for a week myself. Try not to exhaust yourself and have lots of rest.

Im going to hun, its a big shame as its our 3 yr anniversarytoday and we were gonna go for a meal but weboth feel too unwell to go which is a shame, hes offto find me something to put on my head, ive have frozen veg onnit already lol
