please help trouble posting pics

Am trying to post a pic but keeps coming up unload unsucessful, am using jpg files, only thing I can think of is that they're too big? Any ideas how I make them smaller?

You can resize your pictures in paint that will be installed on your computer.

From your start menu just search 'paint' for the program if you don't know where it is.

Another option is using www.photobucket.com where you can upload and it will supply you with the img code you need to post on forums and also this way you have all control over your pictures.
