Please help Can I take gaviscon??

I've just started to get heartburn is it okay to take gaviscon?? I'm 10 weeks 4 days pregnant x

Yes, towards the end with my son, I used to carry a bottle around in my handbag lol if you ask your midwife or gp they can get you a repeat prescription so you can get it for free with your exemption card.

I've got a box in my handbag, under my pillow, in both cars, in my mums car, at my mums house, at work, at my in-laws, my sisters, and my best mates!

I have heartburn and indigestion so bad it's unreal it doesn't seem to be affected by what I eat or drink and appears at the most random times! My M.I.L keeps telling me I'm going to have a hairy baby

yes i have horrific acid reflux! makes me cough and want to be sick!! im on my 4th repeat prescription bottle. ladies who dont get this are so lucky as its awful xx

There's a cheaper version that's identical called peptac - you need to ask at the pharmacy though I got some yesterday for £4 which is great as it's my staple night time drink

yes its safe i got to the point where even banana caused heartburn in fact everything did my stomach felt tied if it wasn't for gaviscon i would have died of hunger
