I am 22.5 weeks expecting my third and went for a scan yesterday. I was told the the placenta is covering the entire uterus, including the OS - so it can not "move out of the way". It is very thick and I am concerned about why this is. I have searched, but can not find any other examples of this.
I was told to expect a hysterectomy and a lot of blood loss. Had two previous emerg. c-sections and so there may be acctea.
Any similar experiences?
