Mee too its brill!! I also bought some groovy pink headphones to match!

yep and me!!
its well good, and id reccomend it to anyone expecting!
great peace of mind! managed to hear mine at 10wk!

Woo, how exciting! I'm 19+1 now so shouldn't have problems finding heartbeat! Touch wood lol.

Can you actually hear hiccups and things?

xx

I don't have that one....but a HI BEBE LCD screen one and love my doppler, i heard my baby at 9wks 3-4 days and i'm 'fluffy' so that was early. Your going to be a doppler addict, i am

You can certainly hear kicks and movements, give you a fright when it does that at first!

I took mine to OHs parents last night and they had a listen and so do his bros, they loved it!

It may take you a while at first to find it, aim low and move around slow. You may need to tilt the doppler too, but you'll soon get to know where to find it each time. x

I have this one and i have heard bubs from very early on, at first i couldnt hear a hb but i heard string clear movements and now he just likes to kick it away and be left alone...lol

Hiya,
Is this the one that is £19.99 on ebay at the mo?, had a look yesterday, and there were loads of them on 'buy it now' I'm almost 17 weeks now, after hearing bubs heartbeat last week at midwife app, i soooo wish i'd bought one earlier on!! For those of you who have got one, do you still use it as much through 2nd and 3rd tri?? Don't know if its worth buying one now? Also, i think i felt first movement last night!!! But not sure
xxx

i love mine, but bubs hates it, she/she moves away from it now so i have to hunt bubba down again..

like the movement noises, sounds like theres a light saber fight going on in there.

Nice to use everytime you have a few worries, otherwise me and DH listen to it on a sunday night, hes wired speakers to it lol!

tbh has i have got into 2nd tri i maybe use mine once a month when i havent felt little an kick, but because the movements are now being felt i dont really feel the need to use it has often has i did in 1st tri.
Plus he hates it, he tries his hardest to kick it away.

I have the Hi Bebe which my sister has leant me. It is great for peace of mind. We use it twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. The manufacturer said you could use it every day but I'm not so sure. I don't understand how it works and so many people say their babies don't like them. I wonder if they emit heat or something...?

How are you all getting on with your new dopplers???
I've been really naughty tonight and ordered a Hi bebe one and cant wait to get it :cheer:

Well i got mine more or less the next day but had to wait til today to pick it up!

Its amazing hearing it, when the middy does it its so quick but when you do it you can have a proper good listen OH picked it up straight away, he likes the heartbeat as it makes things more real for him.

If i move it about I can hear another noise its really weird like a WOW WOW WOW WOW noise if that makes sense? Is that the blood supply or something??

Mine sounds like a train :)

It's so wierd putting the feeling of kicks and movement and hearing it while it happens!

I hear loads of bubbles and swooshing when baby turns over!

It used to take me a minute or so to find the heartbeat but I can find it straight away now - maybe it's the mothers instinct! Doubt it.

Bubs is a bloody show off though. It'll be all quiet and as soon as I use the doppler it sees it as his/her time to shine and just goes crazy! I think it loves the limelight... x
