Pineapple and muffins

I needed an interesting title and as thats all i can eat atm i felt it was a good introduction.
So Im Jaz im 19 and expecting my 1st on the 14th Feb 2011.
Im all alone in this pregnancy man wise however have a supporting family around me. If anyone has any advice then i will be happy to take it
