Hi there,

I am looking forward to a couple of physiotherapy antenatal classes I have booked at my local hospital.

The first one is for us ladies around 16 weeks where we learn about baby equipment, appropriate exercise, looking after your body and physical and emotional changes.

The second is at 30 weeks where we learn about pain relief, breathing, relaxation, positions for labour and postnatal care of your back.

These are in addition to the weekly antenatal classes I will be attending.

These sound like really useful classes and can't wait to meet up with other mums 2 b.

Has anyone else been to a class like these. What where they like? xx

I went to classes when i was PG the first time over 17 years ago

They were GREAT! ! learnt loads from all the other Mums and the Staff doing the classes... Became a social event for us... and when i was giving birth a few of us were in hospital at the same time... comparing babies etc... Magic!!!

You Enjoy ! ! :cheer: Lv Yvonne xx
