still cant getting photos on gave up trying to put the xmas tree ones on and now wanna put pictures of new year but its always fails??? help

Are you doing it through the little paper clip icon? It could need resizing or compressing. Do you know how to do that? If not you can upload to a host like photobucket.com and post as a link :)

yeah the paper clip so do you have to sign up to photobucket??
dont know how to resize photo etc that would be easier but dont wanna lose my full size ones by doing that x

Ok.

To resize what you do is

  • open the picture in MS Office Picture Manager.
  • file, save as and save a copy so you have the original still.
  • on the copy, click 'edit picture'
  • on the right on the window click 'compress pictures'
  • then chose 'document' size then 'ok'
  • save.

This wont change the physical size but will make it take up less space and up load.
Taking a copy means your original stays as it was.

Photobucket needs signing up to :)

thank you stupid question coming :wall2: where do i find picture manager?

If you go to the picture you want to open and do a right mouse click on it and chose 'open WITH' not just 'open' then pick it from the list of programs....it will say it's full name - Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Were you able to do this hun?

mamafy havnt tried yet not lazy i promise just full of cold x

just tried and doesnt have the choice of opening with mircosoft office program manager??

Maybe Mervs mum would know, I use photobucket if they're too big :)

You can upload it to photobucket, and re-size it using their tools :)

If it's not there and doesnt give you the option to 'browse programs' then you can go for photobucket like the others have said. :)
