Phoebe Joan is here at last!!
My waters broke at 1am on Monday morning and my contractions started at 3.30am. Got to the hospital at about 7am. Was checked and told that I was 9cm dilated and it was too late for an epidural
Pushed for a couple of hours but not much was happening so they called the doctor. She got me using the gas and air properly and 20mins later at 11.05am on 28th November, baby Phoebe was born weighing 7lb 14oz. I was taken to theatre as I had a third degree tear. Was all stitched up and finally got to hold my little girl at about 3.30pm. Had to stay in hospital Monday night. I was discharged Tuesday night and am now back home taking things easy.
I'm so happy
I just can't stop staring at her!!!!
Have added some pics but don't know how to make them smaller or put them in the correct order!!!
