Today is the first day in over a week where I haven't felt the baby move around :( tried jumping around, laying still, drinking cold drinks, playing the songs we've been playing to my tummy for a while... Got a midwife appointment on Monday but will see her sooner if I don't feel something again soon!

Are they any other tips for encouraging movement? Laying on a particular side or something?

I've been feeling pretty regular turns and prods over the past week, yesterday was active as usual... I'm worried :(

Eat a nice tasty meal followed by some chocolate. My LO mainly moves after 10pm anyway. Try not to worry too much xxx

I still get days with no movement and then the next she is a real wriggler. My midwife said you really only expect daily movement from 25-28 weeks so not to worry if it is sporadic until then as there is plenty of space for baby to hide.

Just wanted to update this - we went down a&e cos we were worried, got seen in like 15 mins and they found the heartbeat for us :) SO relieved!! Xxx

I had the same last week.

As baby was having a growth spurt there was no movement but today baby has been really active.

It is worrying though when they move then all goes quite
I'm glad they found a heartbeat.

Your lo still has lots of room to move without hitting the walls of yur uterus (even at 24 weeks according to my book). Your baby is probably just hiding in there somewhere! But if you are worried, definitely talk to your midwife.
