So how do you know when your period comes or wheter its still bleeding from labour ? My bleeding stopped for a bit now i have a little bleeding wasnt sure wheter this was my period or still bleeding from labour?

I stopped bleeding at around 4 weeks or so and then got my period at 8 weeks, because of the long gap I knew it was deffinatly my period and it lasted about 6/7 days. Ive heard some peope dont have so much of a gap between stopping bleeding and first period though.

I think best thing to do is just go with it. eventually youll know whether its a period or not.

yeah i know what you mean i just dont know wheter to start my contraception patches or not i think i need 2 start them the day my period arrives just need 2 keep a close eye
