perinneal massage

ive ordered some perinneal massage oil off the internet and i'm gonna start doing it soon. is anyone else doing it? because i'd like to know how to do it, how much pressure do i apply and do i rub up and down or in little circles? (whichever way it sounds like i'll enjoy it! i do wanna do it properly though!)
