yeh my MW said it can be done any time after about 20 weeks, it softens up the muscles like evening primrose oil tabs that can be taken after 34 wks so im guessing both together helps the lady lips to soften n open enough to try n not tear when baby comes out

Wicked! Can't get sacked for saying it if Hirsty does. He's always in trouble too so if he gets away with it it's deffo OK. I'm going to see if I can get this in before I go next Friday. My co-host will probably die of shock tho! X
