nappy changes!! everytime i change alices nappy, i do mine.

i don't do the exercises that the hospital said i need to do for my back as much as i should though they involve getting down on all fours, and i get stuck!

you need to find some task you do a few times a day where you can do them at the same time. i used to do them just after i had been to the loo when i was pregnant.

I'm doing mine now.....but only cos you reminded me.

I think Budge once said to do them every time you hit traffic lights, which I did when I was pg, but I have only been out twice since L was born, so no traffic lights............like the nappy changin one so will put a note in the nursery to remind me for every time L gets a clean bum
